I ask for 9.5mm x 26TPI track nuts. She goes to a filing system that looks like an old card catalogue, produces a ready-bagged pair in said threading. Best part: they’re listed as “3/8 x 26 TPI” with “(9.5mm)” hand-scrawled below the Imperial units.
