Art drives science? Science drives art?

Seriously, the first thing I thought of when I saw that was “Obi-wan never told you what happened to your father …”

I dunno, that seems like a pretty damn logical way to support that much glass/transparent in situation where it cannot, under any circumstances, fail.
The window in Empire is almost certainly aesthetic, given the limited amount of “Force” (yuk yuk) require to destroy it.

Having seen the destruction of the Empire’s two most powerful weapons, the Imperial Fleet lost the stomach to fight and fled. This action is most curious: despite the loss of Executor, the numerical and qualitative advantages of the Star Destroyers should have permitted the Imperial fleet to maintain tactical superiority over their Rebel foes
Wookiepedia. I have been saying this for years.

George is alone and worthless with his stacks of money. No longer able to feel love, he takes pleasure only in destroying the fantasy worlds he created.

Hey Georgie: Star Wars Holiday Special. Still hurts, doesn’t it?
